We primarily serve the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and greater Minnesota from our Minneapolis office, and the Denver metro area and Colorado from our Denver office. We can often accommodate requests throughout both states - contact us to check availability in your specific location.

Yes, all of our flaggers are state-certified and trained in MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) standards. They receive ongoing training and certification renewals to ensure they meet or exceed all state and federal requirements for work zone safety.

Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm, and Saturday 7am-12pm. However, our emergency flagging service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - just call our emergency line for immediate assistance.

Hourly service is ideal for shorter needs (4+ hours) with more flexibility. Daily service provides complete coverage for full-day projects (8-12 hours) at a better rate. Daily service includes everything you need for the entire workday without hourly overtime concerns.

Monthly contracts provide a dedicated team assigned exclusively to your projects for 30+ days. Benefits include up to 30% savings vs. daily rates, priority scheduling, a dedicated account manager, consistent crew familiarity with your sites, and all the documentation and compliance support you need.

We provide all necessary traffic control equipment including stop/slow paddles, high-visibility vests, hard hats, cones, barriers, signs, and lighting if needed. Everything required for a safe work zone is included in our service.

Yes! With 500+ flaggers across our two offices, we can coordinate traffic control at multiple locations simultaneously. Just provide us with the details of each site and we'll create a coordinated plan.

Pricing & Billing

Pricing depends on several factors including service type (hourly, daily, monthly), number of flaggers needed, project duration, location, and any special requirements. We provide free, no-obligation quotes customized to your specific project needs.

Your quote includes all labor costs, equipment, certified flaggers, and any special requirements discussed. We believe in transparent pricing - the price you receive is the price you pay with no hidden fees.

We accept major credit cards, company checks, and offer NET 30 terms for established clients. Monthly contract customers can set up automatic billing for convenience.

Hourly service has a 4-hour minimum. Daily service has no minimum beyond the full-day rate. Monthly contracts have their own customized terms based on your project scope.

Scheduling & Booking

Yes! Call before noon for same-day service in our Minneapolis and Denver metro areas. Same-day availability depends on current scheduling, but we prioritize urgent requests.

Federal & Davis-Bacon Projects

Davis-Bacon Act requires contractors working on federally funded projects to pay prevailing wages to workers. This includes paying the specified prevailing wage rate and fringe benefits. Flag workers on federal projects must be paid according to the Department of Labor's wage determinations.

Yes! We provide complete WH-347 certified payroll documentation for all federal and Davis-Bacon projects. This includes detailed records of hours worked, wages paid, and fringe benefits provided - everything you need for project compliance.

Prevailing wages vary by project and location. For Labor Group 1 flag workers on Minnesota federal projects, rates typically include a base wage plus fringe benefits. Contact us for current rates on your specific project - we stay up-to-date on all wage determinations.
