Here's what we're looking for in our team members:
Valid Driver's License - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Fitness - Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Outdoor Work - Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate clearly with the public and team members
Positive Attitude - Enthusiastic about safety and helping others
Schedule Flexibility - Available for early morning starts and occasional overtime
